The video given below will help you select your career in the contemporary job market. In the shrinking job market, there are not enough traditional jobs for you. You have to, therefore, search for non-conventional jobs in the emerging areas such as environment, online content, and e-commerce.

However, your normal school and college education does not provide sufficient skills to work in these areas. You need to acquire hybrid skills to work and earn in the evolving job market.

If you have good knowledge of the English language, you can learn hybrid skills on your own. But you will have to work very hard in order to get a job and then keep learning new skills to deliver in the changing work paradigm.

You must keep it in mind that unlike in the past you need to prepare yourself for a dynamic career.
