Yoga for Kids: Gaiam Releases a New DVD Series

Gaiam, a leading provider of yoga content, announces the release of two new yoga programs – Yoga for Kids: Outer Space Blastoff and Yoga for Kids: Dino-Mite Adventure.

Led by children’s yoga expert Jodi Komitor, Gaiam’s new Yoga for Kids interactive programs are designed to be fun, educational and get kids’ bodies moving and imaginations soaring, says the company.

Gaiam’s two new programs will allow parents to offer yoga for their children in the comfort of the home. Designed for children ages 5+, the two programs are:

Yoga for Kids: Outer Space Blastoff allows children’s imagination to blastoff into a galaxy far, far away with three star-filled outer space themed yoga routines: Outer Space Blastoff, Solar System Yoga, and Out of this World. It also offers a bonus Space Balanceballs workout using a balance ball

Yoga for Kids: Dino-Mite Adventure takes children back in time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth with three dino-mite practices: Baby Brontosaurus, Dino-mite Yoga, and Dino Dig. It also offers a bonus Dino Duo partner practice

The new Yoga for Kids programs will be the first products in Gaiam’s new Yoga for Kids collection slated to launch this summer, which includes a variety of mats and accessories in kid friendly colors and designs.

Yoga for Kids: Outer Space Blastoff and Yoga for Kids: Dino-Mite Adventure are each sold separately for $14.98. Both are available at Gaiam.com, Amazon.com and wherever DVDs are sold, as well as for digital download on iTunes. The DVDs have a runtime between 55 and 65 minutes.
